The Dead Animal Removal Team (DART)
Dart, a programme within the Community Environment and Protection Enhancement Programme (Cepep). The hotline number 800-DART (3278) is an initiative affiliated with the Solid Waste Management Company Limited (SWMCOL) implemented to facilitate the removal of dead animals from the nation’s roadways. “Within 18 hours (of receiving a call), whatever (carcass) it is, is moved.”
